How to Move Out

While we’re sad to lose a valuable customer, we understand that it might be time for you to go. As a locally owned and operated facility, we greatly appreciate your business and we hope to solve your storage needs again in the future! To move out of our facility, please follow the steps below:

10-Day Notification

Please provide a notification by email or text message that you will be moving out 10 days before your move-out day.  

Clean Out Storage Unit

We request that you do not leave any belongings in your storage unit. This includes empty boxes, trash, or other items that should be disposed of.

Send Us a Picture

Once your storage unit is cleaned out, we ask that you text or email us a picture so we can verify that all of your belongings have been removed from the unit.
